We are blessed to have a dedicated and experienced registered nurse serving on our staff.  As our school nurse, she is committed to supporting and caring for every student. 

• Parents need to ensure that their child's annual physical is up to date and all health information forms are submitted to the Health Office. 
• If your child needs to take a perscription medication during the school day, the medication must be delivered to the school nurse with a doctor's note. 
• If your child needs to take an over-the-counter medication, the medication must be delivered to the school nurse accompanied by the completed 'Over the Counter Medication Form.
