The following positions are open:

  • Preschool Aide

    An experienced instructional aide is needed to provide support to the preschool teacher in a self-contained classroom setting. The ideal applicant should be flexible, adapt easily to change, and work well both with others and independently. The preschool aide would be working directly with students all day, including special area classes (i.e., library, music, etc.). He/she must be able to take direction from the classroom teacher and various specialists, but also problem solve as necessary. 

    Hours are 7:30AM-2:30PM M-F.

  • Preschool Teacher

    Seeking a dedicated, licensed/certified early childhood professional who is interested in nurturing students to become creative, curious and compassionate individuals while emphasizing high standards for independent thinking and personal integrity. Responsibilities include:

    • Implement a developmentally appropriate, hands-on program for young children (ages 3-5).
    • Plan and implement activities to support the social/emotional, physical, artistic, language and literacy, and cognitive development of the students.
    • Supervise and ensure emotional and physical safety of children.
    • Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
    • Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
    • Collaborate with other preschool teacher and assistant to develop an exciting, strong educational program.
    • Communicate respectfully with families, administration, colleagues and other professionals in a timely manner.
    • Attend staff meetings and professional development meetings outside of standard school hours.
    • Be flexible and adaptive to change.
    • Hours are 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM M-F.
  • Grade 2 Teacher

    Seeking a licensed/certified grade 2 teacher for a self-contained classroom. The qualified candidate  would be responsible for teaching all aspects of the curriculum, including religion, with a heavy emphasis on reading and math. Applicants must have experience teaching and must be able to create engaging, hands-on lessons which spark curiosity and fuel a love of learning in children. The qualified candidate would be responsible for supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas; developing lesson plans and delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress. 

    Hours are 7:30AM-3:00PM, M-F. 

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Create and/or implement curriculum
    • Plan and execute lessons
    • Classroom management (up to 24 students)
    • Provide weekly lesson plans to administration or as requested
    • Advise parents of student progress for the purpose of communicating expectations; student's achievements; developing methods for improvement and/or reinforcing classroom goals in the home environment
    • Manage student behavior for the purpose of providing a safe and optimal learning environment
    • Create a classroom environment that fosters growth and learning
    • Maintain records of student work and development
    • Create report cards and plan parent-teacher conferences in the fall and spring
    • Collaborate with tutors/specials teachers/title one
    • Attend and contribute to IEP and Administrative Plan meetings
    • Differentiate instruction based on educational plan or student level
    • Monitor students in a variety of educational environments (e.g. classroom, cafeteria, playground, school grounds, hallways, restrooms, field trips, etc.) for the purpose of providing a safe and positive learning environment
    • Handle social/emotional issues as they arise
    • Keep attendance records
    • Procure materials for the classroom
    • Attend staff meetings and professional development
    • Report incidents (e.g. fights, suspected child abuse, suspected substance abuse, harassment, zero tolerance offenses etc.) for the purpose of maintaining personal safety of students, providing a positive learning environment and adhering to state law.
  • Grade 4 Teacher

    Seeking a licensed/certified grade 4 teacher for a self-contained classroom.   • Spanish Teacher

    All Saints Academy in Webster is seeking a part-time Spanish teacher for 1- 8 grade levels. The successful candidate should be able to speak Spanish and teach students to communicate and understand the language at each grade level. Teaching experience and licensure is preferred. The Spanish teacher should also encourage students to practice vocabularies learned and assist students in accurately listening, speaking, writing and reading Spanish. Additionally, he/she would be responsible for assessing students and completing quarterly report cards indicating student progress. Techniques such as role-playing, dialogue, language games, literature, film, and other formal exercises can be used in teaching Spanish.
